As we now have summer-time weather, we are outside more often! It’s important to remember that we need to protect ourselves from the sun!
To protect your skin from too much sun, you can:
- Limit the time you are outside between 11 and 2, when the sun is at its brightest.
- Wear sunscreen when you go outside, and reapply after you’ve been outside for an hour.
- Wear long sleeves to protect your arms, and a hat to protect your face and neck.
