Housing Authority Makes Payment In Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) Payment to the City of Erie, Erie County, and the Erie School District

The Housing Authority Board approved the three payments on November 22. December is the month in which PILOT checks are traditionally distributed. The total of these 2021 PILOT payments is $481,126.13 which is the highest amount ever paid by the Housing Authority to the three local taxing bodies.  The amount payable to the City of Erie is $183,723.63 […]
