On-site licensed childcare for up to 25 children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Before- and after-school care is available for kindergarten children. Open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Early Connections Harbor Homes Learning Center at the Marsha Ann Hall Learning Center

On-site licensed childcare for up to 30 children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. The center offers infant, toddler, and preschool childcare Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The center’s Pre-K program serves 17 children ages three and four who attend classes from 9 a.m. until noon Mondays through Fridays, The Pre-K program is entirely funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and is being offered free of charge to residents, as will be the childcare offered at the facility.

The Authority partners with GECAC to offer Headstart classes in its John E. Horan Garden Apartments, Lake City and Harbor Homes developments. Head Start offers child, adult and parent education in a center-based environment.
