Housing Authority staff attended the dedication of four new Tiny Homes that were built by Community Shelter Services (CSS).
The Housing Authority sponsored the Tiny Home that is pictured. CSS hopes to build twelve of the transitional housing units on their Columbus Apartments Campus. All five of the units have families living in them. The homes are equipped with beds, a table, heating/air conditioning, a television, a refrigerator and a bathroom with shower. All meals are provided in the CSS cafeteria. Executive Director Michael R. Fraley stated that the Housing Authority is pleased to be a partner in this important endeavor.
