The Housing Authority of the City of Erie (HACE) Board of Commissioners approved the 2020 Annual Report at its February 22nd Board Meeting. The 2020 Annual Report is developed by HACE staff to report on our progress in meeting the 2020 Goals and Objectives approved by the HACE Board of Commissioners at their January 2020 Board Meeting. The Annual Report reviews occupancy goals, Housing Choice Voucher utilization, rent collection, unit turnover, resident satisfaction, crime rates as part of the objectives established for each of the five goals approved by the HACE Board.
