The three-day program culminated with a Fishing Day at the Presque Isle Rotary Pavilion and Catch and Release Fishing Pond.
The 14 participants learned the basics of fishing, types of fish, equipment, the importance of clean waters for fishing and got to spend quality fishing time with volunteers from the Son’s of Lake Erie, the COPPS Program and the Housing Authority Inter-Agency Team.
All participants received a fish pole and tackle kit.
