John E. Horan Memorial Scholarship recipient Chrinesse Mpunga was the recipient of the Gannon University Academic Excellence Award for Legal Studies.
The award is presented to a student for superior academic performance in their major, and for contributions to their department or field of study through curricular or co-curricular activities. Legal Studies Program chairpersons and faculty choose the award recipient. The Award was presented at the Gannon University Founders Day celebration.
Ms. Mpunga was a past intern with the Knox Law Firm and is currently an intern with Erie Insurance and will be pursuing her law degree this fall.
The Housing Authority of the City of Erie and Ellen Curry Foundation wish to congratulate Ms. Mpunga on her accomplishments.
