Erie Heights offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. All units have hardwood floors and come with a refrigerator and gas stove. We also provide washer and dryer hookups. The central air conditioning compliments our energy efficient furnaces and windows. Our two-bedroom units are bi-level, with bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and a private basement. Our one-bedroom units are on a single floor with private sheds instead of basements. Our three-bedroom units are on a single floor with private basements. We have a YMCA Kids Club site with playground, library, and after school programs available.

In house maintenance staff is available to make repairs as needed. Free lawncare provided.
