Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson recognizes former HACE resident Chatiqua Keyes-Carr for becoming a first time home buyer!
Housing Authority Executive Director Michael Fraley states that Ms. Keyes-Carr is representative of the many residents working and going to school to become economically self-sufficient!! Ms. Keyes-Carr was assisted in her journey by staff from the HACE Family Self-sufficiency program.
