The Housing Authority of the City of Erie (HACE) has announced the release of its 2025–2030 Strategic Plan, a comprehensive roadmap that will guide the organization’s work over the next five years to provide safe, affordable housing and strengthen the Erie community.
The new strategic plan was developed over the past year with input from residents, staff, community partners, and stakeholders. It outlines HACE’s goals, priorities, and strategies for ensuring quality housing, expanding resident services, and investing in the long-term sustainability of its properties.
“This plan is not just a document – it’s a commitment to our residents and our city,” said Dusti Dennis, Executive Director of HACE. “It reflects where we are today, where we want to go, and how we will get there together. Our residents are the backbone of our community, and this plan puts their needs and voices at the center of our work.”
