HACE Executive Director Michael R. Fraley and Harbor Homes Manager Cynthia Grayson presented Harbor Homes resident Amber Barnes with a new 32” Smart Television as the Grand Prize Winner of the Housing Authority Early Bird Contest.
The Early Bird Contest recognizes residents who pay their rent on-time monthly and for an entire year. Eighteen yearly winners were chosen by drawing to receive a variety of prizes. Ten quarterly winners won $50 gift cards.
