Deputy Director

The Housing Authority of the City of Erie (HACE) is seeking qualified candidates for Deputy
Director.

This position reports directly to the Executive Director and will assist the Executive Director in managing/directing the daily operations of the Authority. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and five years’ experience in administration of affordable housing. HACE owns and manages 1,858 units of public housing, 85 multifamily units, plus 306 units of locally owned housing, and administers I, I 00 Section-8 vouchers. HACE is well known for its
resident services including youth clubs, community policing, and FSS programs.
