The KeyStone Research Corporation (KSRC) completed its review of the 2020 Housing Authority of the City Of Erie Biannual Safety and Services Resident Survey. Dan Adamus from KSRC gave a presentation to the HACE Board and Administrative staff on the results of the survey. Forty-one percent (778) of the 1919 eligible residents completed the survey. The results will be used by HACE staff to plan for the future. Overall the survey showed that residents feel safe in their homes, are happy with the services provided by their management and maintenance departments and would recommend their housing to friends and family.
