While The Housing Authority of the City of Erie (HACE) exists to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing for lower-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities, HACE is much more than a housing provider. Jobs, job training, education, and health care, as well as fostering the arts and neighborhood beautification, are also part of what HACE does, because after all, "It's About People!" It's about the people of the City of Erie. Many HACE initiatives are, and will be, unique in these United States. The initiatives, goals, and accomplishments of the Authority are published in the spring, summer, fall, and winter editions of the HACE newsletter, "News & Views," which you can find here.
